With over 18 years in the Gulf and extensive travel across the globe, Shabbir has in his 47 years acquired a world of relevant experience. And has imbibed over the years dynamism and dedication that have been the cornerstone behind the success of many a project.
Mr. K.S.M. Shabbir was one of the first developers in Bangalore to construct Tech parks for IT Companies. His first venture was offered to Novell India Limited, during 1993-94 itself. When, there was no sign of growth of IT companies in India.
To his credit are 5 industrial building projects of about 1,50,000sq.ft. built area and an industrial layout of about 10 acres ready for occupation.
